l mean this is mostly for girls. l got my period first and earlier out of all my friends. l went through a growth spurt and was the tallest, now all my friends are growing faster and some reached or went over my height. Besides genetics, is the reason l am a bit short because l went through puberty earlier? l mean genetically l have mostly tall family members except for my aunt and cousin who are at 4'11. l am 5'3.
I was always very tall for my age I started puberty early I got my period early and I stopped growing early. I was also done with all the teen angst a good two years early as well. Thats why I do not mind it all happening early. I stopped growing at 13 but my mum also stopped growing at 13. So it could be just genetic.
you are average height for girls=puberty has nothing to do with how short or tall you will be=be happy and enjoy life
