What is the difference between puberty and a mid-life crisis

puberty is more of a physiological affect that, and a mid life crisis is more of a psychological affect, and not everyone goes through one, everyone does go through puberty though. Puberty is biological and can not be prevented from the onset. Mid life is more of a realization that you are not young anymore, and that can occur at any time in a person is life, even before mid-life. That is not biological, just interpersonal.

In some ways, they both lead to depression.

What is the difference between puberty and a mid-life crisis

puberty happens when you are young and mid life crisis happens when you are middle aged.

they are not really the same though. during puberty, you are trying to find out who you are but in a mid life crisis you are just really stressed out but you know who you are.

they can have some of the same psycological effects though
